SUBSTANCE: high bed with a soil heating system using a heating cable in the fence contains a heat-intensive circuit, which includes the fence with the enclosed space filled with planting soil, through channels and a heating cable. The fence is made in the form of a collapsible structure, consisting of horizontal rows connected to each other in the vertical direction that are assembled into one row or more and consist of modules made of a material having high thermal conductivity that are interconnected using sleeves and angle joints. In the middle part of the modules, horizontal longitudinal open channels are made with their open side facing the side of the bed closed with external protective screens attached to the modules. The screens are made of a low thermal conductivity material form a horizontal through channel along the entire perimeter of the bed, in which the heating cable is placed evenly distributed across the height of the channel to provide adjustable heating of the soil of the bed from the sides to a favourable temperature range depending on the temperature level in the bed controlled by the bed soil temperature measuring device. The modules can be made in the form of profiled products of a specified length. Metal can be used as a high thermal conductivity material from which the modules are made. Fiberglass can be used as a low thermal conductivity material from which external protective screens are made. The heating cable distributed evenly across the height of the channel has a wave-like or zigzag appearance. The temperature range favourable for plants when heating the beds is in the range from 18 to 25°C.
EFFECT: universal design of a high bed, providing for quick assembly and disassembly of the bed during its formation, efficient, uniform lateral heating of the fertile soil layer of the high bed depending on the level of soil temperature.
