FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to enable the effective use of various technologies for growing plants in artificial conditions. The complex contains a collapsible frame, inside which means for soil and hydroponic growing of plants are installed, including trays for placing containers with plants, a water tank and a tank for preparing a hydroponic composition connected to a general water supply system, as well as a tank for fertilizers. For soil cultivation of plants, a system of pipes for drip watering of containers with plants with water coming from a water tank is provided, while the system of pipes for drip watering is installed with the possibility of relative movement along the vertical and is equipped with controlled cranes. Hydroponic growing of plants is done by filling a tray with prepared hydroponic compound circulating in a closed system. The complex is equipped with a programmable logic controller synchronized with a computer that controls the programmable logic controller within the software environment, which provides input of various values of the required parameters of the plant growing technology into the computer, and the programmable logic controller ensures the execution of the specified commands and the achievement of the required parameters in automatic mode. The invention also relates to methods for growing plants under artificial conditions using said complex.
EFFECT: possibility to use both soil and hydroponic technology for growing plants in automatic mode within the same complex.
