FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: complex contains a frame, inside of which are installed means for soil cultivation of plants with a system of pipes for drip irrigation of plants with water coming from the water supply system, and/or a tray for hydroponic growing of plants, filled with a hydroponic composition prepared and circulating in a closed system. A source of artificial radiation is installed in the upper part of the frame. The complex is equipped with a programmable logic controller, synchronized with a computer, which controls the programmable logic controller of the complex, which is connected to a source of artificial radiation and provides dynamic automatic and/or manual adjustment of the characteristics of the radiation generated inside the complex that affects the plants being grown. The programmable logic controller ensures that commands are executed and parameters are achieved automatically. The frame contains a system of pipes for drip irrigation of plants; the source of artificial radiation is designed to emit radiation in the wavelength range of 200-1500 nm with the spectral characteristics of natural sunlight. The software environment provides input into the computer of the parameters of the plant growing technology - the volume and time of watering, water supply or time to turn off the water supply, controlling the parameters simultaneously.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of growing plants and fruits by stimulating photosynthesis, which is the most important process for plants.
