FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: installation for applying galvanic coatings on the outer surfaces of parts, containing a body, anodes installed in the body through angle bars, a mechanism for moving movable, relatively symmetrically located anodes, longitudinal conductive suspensions, while the movement mechanism includes a gear motor, on the shaft of which a double crank is installed, guides on which the said suspensions are installed through support wheels, to which connecting rods are attached through hinged attachment points, and the second ends of the connecting rods are attached to a double crank by hinges, self-locking universal parts holders are installed on the hangers with the help of a fastening nut, and covers are installed to seal the body.
EFFECT: increased productivity of formation of high-quality galvanic coatings due to a system of movable relatively symmetrically located anodes of longitudinal conductive suspensions with self-locking universal holders of parts, which allows translational movement of the restored parts immersed in the electrolyte and thereby mixing the electrolyte; uniform distribution of electrolyte components and depletion of the electrolyte with iron ions in the cathode layer is prevented.
