FIELD: electric plating equipment. SUBSTANCE: construction has two conical drums 3 positioned in symmetry with respect to driven pulley 1, which is fixed on shaft through two bolts M6, stop disk 11 and stop screw 9 to transmit torque to shaft. Two sleeves 12 made from stainless material and positioned in symmetry with respect to pulley 1 are adapted to receive shaft rotating shaft, with space between them being within the range of 0.1-0.3 mm. Each sleeve 12 is pressed-in with its outer diameter into end portion of bonding conductors 10 of drum and bath cathode bar fastening members. Bonding conductors 10 are made from stainless material sheet with the thickness of 2-3 mm. Sleeves 12 and end portions of bonding conductors 10 are insulated by two textolyte sleeves pressed onto sleeves 12. Textolyte sleeves are separated from shaft by 1-mm-space and from drum pulley ends by 0.1 mm spaces. Six pins 8 with diameter of 6 mm are pressed in blind and through openings at an angle of 60 deg. circumferentially along circle of adhesion between pulley 1 and belt in the vicinity of pullet end. Pins 8 are further retained from end by disk 11. Disk of current supplying unit 13 tightly abuts by its outer diameter against large-diameter end of cone. Tight adherence between them is provided by welding vinyl plastic end of disk. Current supplying unit disk with assembled body is put onto shaft end by its axial opening having diameter of 10 mm till abutment against its annular end having diameter of 15-10 mm. Current supplying unit disk is stopped by two nuts 4 (MIO). Inner disk made from vinyl plastic is put onto nuts 4 and adheres to current supplying unit disk by annular end of cantilevered box nut 5 made from textolyte and screwed onto shaft end. When bolt 7 is screwed off in the process of unloading parts from plating drum, braking torque is developed due to annular end of shaft and higher length of connection between nut and shaft screwed together. All threads in connections are made right-hand. Cover 6 is made perforated. Cover and body have openings with diameter of 1.5 mm. Openings are drilled on body at a distance of 200 mm from current supplying unit disk. Right and left bonding conductors 10 are made asymmetrical. It allows universal fastening of bonding conductors on bath cathode bar to be provided. Belt-drive pulley vertical plane is spaced from middle portion of drum and loading window. Parts are preferably loaded by means of inclined chute made from vinyl plastic. Drum has axis extending in horizontal plane. Lower part of chute has length of 10 mm.
