FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating of metals. Plant comprises an electroplating bath, a U-shaped anode, a power supply and is equipped with posts fixing the cylindrical part along the edges and made with possibility of its movement to the left/to the right, one or more electrolyte tanks, made with possibility of electrolyte circulation from tank to bath, and control unit. Bath body consists of two parts which, when connected, form a closed bath container. Upper part of the housing is a hinged cover of the bath, in which a U-shaped fixed anode with a contactor and a rotary mechanism providing the possibility of deflecting the anode when the cover is opened is fixed. Both parts of the bath body have double rubber insulating inserts, repeating the overall shape of the cylindrical part to ensure its sealing in the bath, and the insulating inserts are installed both in the bath and in the cover.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of the bath, higher quality of the obtained coating, automation of the coating process, higher mobility.
