FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices and couplings for connecting sucker rods or pump drive parts. The rope bar consists of two terminals. The terminals are connected by a rope or cable with holder of the ends of the rope or cable in the terminals by means of filling with a compound, metal, or a combination thereof. Each terminal consists of a body and a conical bushing installed inside the body, into which the end of the rope or cable is fixed, and connected to a threaded sub. The taper bushings have a loose fit in the terminal housings. Between the terminals on the cable or rope, spacers are installed in form of bushings, sleeves, spacers.
EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of oil-producing equipment, such as sucker-rod pumps, as well as extending the service life of the well casing string.
