SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seeders for nested sowing of seeds of melons and gourds. The section of the seeder for nested sowing of melons and gourds seeds includes a seed box with a sowing conveyor having cells, active guides and a reflector. The sowing conveyor is mounted in the side wall of the seed box at an angle to the horizon, and an apron with a width equal to the width of the sowing conveyor is installed above the conveyor to fit against it when emptying the seed box. The cells are placed on the sowing conveyor in a checkerboard pattern and are made in the form of a seed. The angle of installation of the sowing conveyor to the horizon is made within 30…60°. The sowing unit is located at the rear wall of the housing of the coulter group, consisting of three keeled coulters with a width b, while the side coulters are located axially to the right and left of the central coulter at a distance l=1.5b. The central coulter is rigidly fixed on the body of the coulter group, and two side coulters are attached to the adjusting plates mounted on the body of the coulter group to the right and left of the central coulter. At the same time, the adjusting plates have a number of holes that allow you to install the side coulters relative to the central coulter, one forward and the other back by an amount that provides a distance s between the seeds in the nest and the soil layer between them.

EFFECT: sowing seeds in nests with an adjustable distance between them and with a soil layer between them.
