SUBSTANCE: sowing device comprises a seed box with a sowing conveyor mounted in the side wall of the seed box at an angle to the horizon, having cells and active guides. The conveyor consists of separate links, and the cells are made on links in the form of grooves, and their dimensions comply with size and shape of a seed. In the lower part of the conveyor links there are grooves that act as water drainage holes and serve as guides for seed pushers. The upper branch of the sowing conveyor rests against a limiting board, on which under the water drainage holes there are water drainage grooves. The angle of the sowing conveyor installation to the horizon is more than the angle of inner friction of soaked seeds sliding. In the inner cavity of a hexahedral driving drum there are spring-loaded roller seed pushers installed. At the same time the length of the driving drum face is equal to the length of the sowing conveyor link. The support sliding bearings of the driving drum have a diameter equal to the external diameter of the driving drum, and are arranged in side walls of the seed box.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase technical reliability of sowing and productivity of crops.
