FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for the production of double-layer pipes of large diameter for straight sections of the main circulation pipeline of a nuclear power plant with an outer diameter of 990 mm and an inner diameter of 850 mm and a length of 4500-8150 mm from steel “10ГН2МФА” with a 5 mm thick layer deposited on their inner surface from steel “08Х18Н10Т”, in continuous production mode, including production of a semi-finished two-layer centrifugally cast billet with a size of 1090×800×2800 mm and its subsequent processing. The outer layer is formed in a mould rotating at a frequency of 460 rpm, coated on the inside with a 2 mm layer of non-stick paint, pouring 7740 kg of steel at 1560-1580°C at a speed of 70 kg/s. Then a layer of 4 mm of flux is introduced, and when the metal surface reaches 1420±20° C, the second layer of steel “08X18H10T” weighing 1720 kg is poured at 1570-1590°C at a speed of 85 kg/s. Simultaneously with the start of pouring the second steel, the rotation frequency of the mould is increased to 505 rpm. At the end of solidification, the billet is removed from the mould and sent for forging by a hydraulic press with a four-die forging device, followed by drawing.
EFFECT: improved quality of welding of two-layer pipes.
