FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a means of ensuring passive safety and enclosing and protective structures in combat conditions. The barrier protective fence comprises a mesh frame made of metal wire in the form of a three-dimensional geometric figure, mainly a parallelepiped. On the end walls of the mesh frame there are racks made of profiled rolled metal, interconnected by fasteners, mainly by cables passing through the internal cavity of the specified figure. The height of these racks does not exceed the height of the mesh frame. One end of each rack is made profiled and configured for installation in the supporting surface. Inside said frame, at least in two vertical rows, tires from vehicle wheels are located, fastened together by fasteners. The space between said tires and the walls of the mesh frame is filled with dispersed material, the fraction size of which exceeds the cell size of the mesh frame. Pebbles, bagged sand, wet clay or soil, pebbles, construction waste, granulated slag or slag waste from power plants or burnt rocks from mine workings can be used as particulate material.
