FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stabilization mechanism comprises a frame, a central distribution bar, side sections, hinges, hydraulic cylinders. The mechanism additionally comprises two pendulum levers and two shock absorbers, a hinge, a counterweight, an axle, and damping elements. The pendulum arms and shock absorbers are installed between the frame and the central distribution bar and are arranged symmetrically in a vertical plane. A counterweight is installed on the frame with a hinge, which is connected by an axis to the central distribution bar by means of an adjusting groove located at the top of the counterweight. The counterweight represents a truncated cone. Each pendulum arm is attached to the frame and to the distribution bar by means of a hinge. The damping elements are presented in the form of springs and are installed between the frame and the lower part of the counterweight and are located symmetrically relative to each other in a vertical plane. Each spring is attached at one end to the counterweight rib, and at the other end to the frame.
EFFECT: increased vibration protection, reliability and durability of the sprayer distribution bar, as well as improved stabilization and maintenance of the sprayer distribution bar parallel to the field surface when processing uneven and sloping field sections.
