FIELD: railway transport; high-speed trains. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has frame, cross-mounted pendulum holder connected with cross member of four-link pendulum bearing. Cross member is made in form of frame with two cross beams orientated across vehicle and arranged before and after pendulum holder. Cross beams of cross member rest on pendulum holder in longitudinal direction of vehicle and are installed for displacement across vehicle. Invention provides compact structure with reduced length and height ensuring definite and simple mating of running part with car body. EFFECT: improved quality of running gear. 17 cl, 6 dwg
