FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for hydraulic treatment of coal seams and can be used in the coal mining industry. The method of hydraulic fracturing of a coal seam includes drilling horizontal wells from drifts outlining the developed section of the seam and preparing the drilled wells. In the process of well preparation, well casing strings are formed and sealed. Next, hydraulic treatment is performed, during which a liquid medium is injected into the prepared wells in hydraulic fracturing conditions. The axes of the wells are located at a distance of 50-100 m from each other, wells are drilled to a depth of 66-110 m. When preparing wells, their casing strings are formed to a length of at least 36 m from the wellhead. In the process of hydraulic treatment, a liquid medium is injected into the prepared wells until the hydraulic linkage is implemented.
EFFECT: reduction of the risk of premature breakthrough of the gas-liquid mixture into the strike entry during hydraulic treatment of the coal seam, as well as reduction of the risk of uneven hydraulic treatment of the formation.
