FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method includes creating impermeable screens in the rock mass by drilling wells from the mine working. Includes hydraulic fracturing of rocks to form cracks in the rock mass and filling the cracks with an insulating compound. Hydraulic fracturing is carried out at a distance from the surface of the mine working, equal to 0.1-0.3 of the average diameter of the working setting the initial development of cracks across the direction of the maximum compression of rocks in the plane of the cross section of the working. After that, each created crack is filled with an elastic polymer under pressure equal to the crack propagation pressure in a volume of at least 70⋅ KIC⋅(1-v2)/E⋅D5/2, m3, where D is the average diameter of the mine working cross-section, m, KIC is the critical stress intensity factor, Pa⋅m1/2, v is the Poisson's ratio, E is the modulus of elasticity of the rock, Pa for development of an arched impermeable screen covering at least half of the contour of the mine working cross-section.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of isolation of the mine working by increasing coverage of the contour of the mine working with impervious screens.
