SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for counting and issuing therapeutic objects. The device contains two elements capable of sliding relative to each other: - the first element containing a channel for dispensing items to be counted and dispensed, while the channel passes in the sliding direction, - the second element interacting with the first element to form two gates, limiting in the issuance channel a chamber suitable for accommodating a predetermined number of said items, wherein the said device is characterized in that it is capable of being inserted into a housing containing a control unit and at least one actuator under the control of said control unit, and in that that it contains a lock configured to be moved by an actuator from a closed state, in which said lock partially closes the dispensing channel, to an open state, in which the lock is retracted outside the dispensing channel, and back, while said lock is designed so that changing it state does not affect the position of the object in the camera.
