FIELD: heating elements.
SUBSTANCE: heating element of a spray device with different heating effects in different areas and variants of spray devices. The heating element of the spray device is configured to heat and spray the liquid. The heating element is tubular with a radial dimension between 1 mm and 17 mm, an axial dimension between 2 mm and 33 mm and a wall thickness between 0.02 mm and 0.9 mm. The heating element comprises two electrode sections located respectively at two ends in the axial direction, and a circuit heating section electrically connected between the two electrode sections. The heating section of the circuit contains a group of first connecting sections, a group of second connecting sections, a group of third connecting sections and a group of fourth connecting sections arranged sequentially in the circumferential direction. The group of first connecting sections contains a plurality of first connecting sections located with spacing along the axial direction. The group of second connecting sections contains a plurality of second connecting sections with spacing along the axial direction. The group of third connecting sections contains a plurality of third connecting sections with spacing along the axial direction. The group of fourth connecting sections contains a plurality of fourth connecting sections located with spacing along the axial direction. The axial dimensions of the first connecting section and the third connecting section are larger than the axial dimensions of the second connecting section and the fourth connecting section. Each of the first connecting sections connects two adjacent second connecting sections and two adjacent fourth connecting sections. Each of the third connecting sections connects two adjacent second connecting sections and two adjacent fourth connecting sections, so that the first, second and third connecting sections are connected to form the first circuit. The third, fourth and first connecting sections are connected to form a second chain. The first circuit is connected in parallel with the second circuit. When power is applied to the electrode portions, the first circuit and the second circuit generate heat. The heat release of the radial side of the heating element per unit of time is less than the heat release of the other radial side of the heating element per unit of time. The circumferential dimension of the second connecting section is larger than the circumferential dimension of the fourth connecting section. The heat release of the second connecting sections per unit of time is less than the heat release of the fourth connecting sections per unit of time.
