FIELD: electronic spraying technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic spraying technology, in particular to a spraying unit. Spraying unit for use in electromagnetic heating device comprises a spraying device and a heating device. Spraying device comprises a first mounting housing, a magnetically conductive metal part and a part for directing liquid. First mounting housing comprises an outlet channel, a clamping cavity, a plurality of transverse liquid inlets and a cavity for liquid storage. Outlet channel and clamping cavity are formed by deepening of upper and lower ends of the first mounting housing. Magnetically conductive metal part comprises a first through hole arranged vertically through it, and a plurality of interconnected holes arranged transversely and communicated with the first through hole. Magnetically conductive metal part and the part for directing the liquid are located in the clamping cavity. Clamping cavity is interconnected with the outlet channel. Part for directing the liquid has an annular shape. Part for directing the liquid is put on the outside on the magnetically conducting metal part. Part for directing the liquid comprises multiple gap holes to retain fluid therein and communicate with each other. Gap holes have one end communicating with interconnected holes and an opposite end communicating with liquid inlets. Heating device comprises a second mounting housing, a printed circuit board, a power supply battery and a coil assembly. Power supply battery, printed circuit board and coil assembly are fixed in the second mounting housing. Supply battery is connected through the printed circuit board to the coil assembly. Coil assembly is deepened to form a containing space. First mounting housing is made with possibility of attachment to the heating device; the magnetically conductive metal part is located in the containing space.
EFFECT: increase of thermal energy utilization coefficient.
