FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of spraying, and more particularly to a spraying unit for simple automated assembly, a spraying device, and methods for manufacturing thereof. Spraying unit (1) contains: heating unit (11); liquid-conducting element (15); closing element (12); and socket (13). Heating unit (11) contains heating element (111). One of closing element (12) and socket (13) is provided with receiving chamber (123) open to the other of closing element (12) and socket (13). Heating unit (11) and liquid-conducting element (15) are located in receiving chamber (123). Liquid-conducting element (15) is in contact with heating element (111). Socket (13) is connected to closure element (12), and heating unit (11) is sandwiched between closing element (12) and socket (13). Heating element (111) includes heating section (1111) configured to heat and spray liquid, and electrical connecting section (1112) connected to heating section (1111) and configured to electrically connect to the side surface of electrode (14). Heating element (111) is located in the transverse direction, and electrical connecting section (1112) extends outward. Closing element (12) is provided with connecting hole (124) for the electrode, open in the longitudinal direction and configured to insert electrode (14). Electrode (14) is configured to bend the electrical connecting section (1112) into electrode connecting hole (124) along the opening edge of electrode connecting hole (124). Electrical connection section (1112) extends in a transverse or oblique direction into the entrance of electrode connection hole (124).
EFFECT: simple and reliable design and high strength of connection between components, as well as ability to achieve very precise dimensional tolerances.
