FIELD: metalworking.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for locating and drilling holes in the ends of the curved rod parts of circular cross section, in particular the conclusions of electrical machines. The jig contains a body in the form of a straight parallelepiped, on the basis of which there is a cutout formed by a dihedral angle with perpendicular faces and a rib located on the axis of symmetry between two side faces of the parallelepiped. On the opposite base of the parallelepiped, perpendicular to the edge of the dihedral angle, a hole is made for the drill to enter, in which the sleeve is installed. The jig contains a plate with holes, on which the said body rests on the side of the notch formed by the dihedral angle. The body is made with holes and with a reduction in the form of a step located on the side of the dihedral angle at the place where the hole is made for the drill to enter, and the fingers pressed into the holes of the plate and installed on a sliding fit into the holes of the body. The hole for the drill entry is made stepped with a step diameter equal to the outer diameter of the part.
EFFECT: reliable basing when drilling holes.
