FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for obtaining a culture liquid, which is intended for making an adhesive base, according to which an inoculate comprising the microorganism Leuconostoc is added to a nutrient medium formed by mixing molasses, which is a waste of sugar production, and whey, which is a waste of the dairy industry, taken in a 1:2 ratio mesenteroides in the amount of 10%, to the volume of the inoculated nutrient medium. Next, the resulting mixture is cultivated at a temperature of 21-25°C for 80-94 hours under static conditions, anaerobically.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to utilize waste products of the dairy and sugar industry to make an environmentally friendly culture liquid, which is intended for producing an adhesive base.
