SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for producing bacterial cellulose, including co-cultivation of a strain of a bacterial cellulose producer Komagataeibacter sucrofermentans RNCIM B-11267 with a strain of a dextran producer Leuconostoc mesenteroides VKM B-2317D on molasses medium under static and dynamic conditions for 3 to 5 days at 28 to 30 °C, separation of the bacterial cellulose from the culture medium, and drying at 80 °C to a constant mass.
EFFECT: higher yield of the target product in the form of a gel film and suspension and recycling of the process waste of the sugar industry — molasses.
