FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy; palliative care.

SUBSTANCE: daily surgical treatment of pressure ulcers is performed. Cold plasma discharges of a glow type are exposed to high-frequency voltage, which is applied to needle electrodes injected into the tissue initiated by a current at a frequency of 6.78 MHz with a power of 5.0 ± 1.5 W with an exposure of 1.0–3.0 s. Mesoram RI.MOS 30G needles with a length of 6.0 mm and a diameter of 0.3 mm are used, the said needles are inserted for the entire length into the zones of slightly changed skin around the pressure ulcer and into the granulating areas in the bottom of the wound in a checkerboard pattern at a distance of 0.8–1.0 see. The procedure is carried out every 3–4 days for 28–32 days.

EFFECT: method provides increased effectiveness of bedsores treatment, launch of regenerative processes, reduction of healing time.
