SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for receiving radiation. The technical result is to reduce the consumption of electrical energy consumed by the radiation receiving device. The result is achieved by periodically completely turning off the voltage converter in the operating mode with an open shutter while maintaining the operability of the control unit of the radiation receiving device, which also contains an input optical system, a photodetector, a shutter installed between the input optical system and the photodetector with the possibility of input-output it from the optical path using the movement unit and the shutter return mechanism. In addition, the device contains a shutter latch equipped with a control unit and a latch return mechanism. The input of the movement unit and the input of the control unit are configured to be connected to the power source of the radiation receiving device. The control unit is configured to provide control of the latch when the supply voltage is turned off and contains a mechanism for moving the latch, a voltage converter, a diode, a capacitor, and a switching unit. The device additionally includes a charge level meter and a device for switching off the voltage converter. The inputs of the charge level meter are connected to the corresponding terminals of the capacitor, and the output is connected to the input of the device for turning off the voltage converter, the output of which is connected to the control input of the voltage converter.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of electrical energy consumed by the radiation receiving device.
