FIELD: processing of anomalies during registration in a communication network.

Therefore, the abnormal registration situation can be quickly terminated and registered with another communication network in the event of an anomaly occurring during registration with the communication network, so as to reduce the time affected by the registration anomaly.

EFFECT: eliminating frequent registration failures due to anomalies in the communication network or poor signal passing during registration in the communication network and improving the quality of user service.
