SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. To achieve technical result, communication device comprises: receiver receiving temporary resource template (T-RPT) index in control information; and a circuit which is connected to a receiver and which determines a data transmission mode based on control information and determines, based on the received T-RPT index, T-RPT in a given set of T-RPT to be used for transmitting data over a forward link, wherein T-RPT is a bitmap which indicates subframes for transmitting data over a forward link in a resource pool; wherein the receiver is further configured to receive data transmission on the forward link using said determined T-RPT for said determined data transmission mode.

EFFECT: improved distribution of radio resources to a transmitting terminal for transmission with direct communication over a direct connection of a communication line.
