METHOD OF DETERMINING POSTOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE BASED ON THE SELECTED CLASSES OF ANGIOGRAPHIC RESULTS OF PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B6/02

Abstract RU 2802854 C1

FIELD: medicine; cardiology; cardiovascular and endovascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine further management of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). After coronary angiography (CG) and subsequent PCI on the infarct-associated artery in patients with coronary heart disease, the angiographic success of the intervention on the infarct-associated artery is assessed based on the PCI success criteria and the TIMI scale, and an automated assessment of the extent and nature of lesions of the entire coronary bed is performed using the QCA angiographic unit. Based on the data obtained, one of the classes of angiographic results of PCI is distinguished — radical, conditionally radical and palliative, and further tactics of patient management are determined.

EFFECT: method allows to evaluate the success of the performed PCI and determine the postoperative management of patients with coronary artery disease, depending on the degree and nature of lesions of the entire coronary bed by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
