METHOD FOR PREDICTING ADVERSE OUTCOMES UP TO 12 MONTHS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/205

Abstract RU 2747693 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to predict unfavorable outcomes of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) within 12 months. The concentration of highly sensitive troponin in ng / ml is determined, assign the X1 variable the obtained value, the level of natriuretic peptide, the X2 assigns variable a value of 1, with an increased level and 0 with a normal level, the presence of ST segment elevation, the X3 assigns variable a value of 1, and in the absence - a value of 0, the presence of stenosis or occlusion of more than two coronary arteries according to coronary angiography, assigning the X4 variable a value of 1, and in the absence - a value of 0, the presence of hyperglycemia, assigning the X5 variable with a blood glucose concentration of more than 6.1 mmol / L to 1, and in the rest cases - value 0. Calculate the indicator of the forecast "PROGNOSIS FOR ACS + 5" according to the original calculation formula. If the value "PROGNOSIS FOR ACS + 5" is greater than or equal to 0.5926 for a period of 12 months from the date of ACS, an unfavorable outcome is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows improving the prediction of the outcomes of ACS, obtaining reliable information about possible development of the nearest adverse events of ACS, speeding up the decision-making on the tactics of treatment and its correction.
