SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for verification of dial gauges and measuring heads using machine vision. The device is equipped with a camera for machine vision, and the mentioned comparator consists of a servo amplifier connected to the corresponding input and output of the computer, the other input and output of the servo amplifier is connected to a servo motor connected through a gear with a linear movement module, on which a carriage is located, with a rod representing a shaft, one end of which is in contact with the reference transducer, and the other end is in contact with the indicator, whereas the output of the reference transducer is connected to one of the inputs of the computer, which is also connected to the camera for machine vision, and one of the inputs of the servo amplifier is connected to the encoder.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of verification results and acceleration of the verification process due to automation.
