SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for reconstruction of the hand with congenital aplasia of the 1st finger and hypoplasia of the 2nd finger in children by isolating the 3rd finger of the hand on the feeding vascular pedicle and moving it to position of the 1st finger. At the same time, the feeding pedicle of the hypoplastic 2nd finger of the hand, including the artery and veins, is isolated and mobilized. After that, the 2nd finger is moved to the third metacarpal bone in the position of the third finger of the hand, creating a two-sided grasp of the hand while preserving the four fingers of the child's underdeveloped hand.
EFFECT: method provides an aesthetic and functional result due to the reconstruction of the functional first finger with the preservation of all four fingers.
