SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in fixation of II finger ray of hand at its pollicisation in absence of I finger ray of hand. Performing transfer of II finger ray of hand to position I finger ray of hand. II finger ray of hand is fixed in new position of first finger ray of hand by Ilizarov's mini-apparatus. Bone fragments of the hand are fixed with wires cantilevered into phalanges and metacarpal bones. Spokes are inserted across longitudinal axis of phalanxes and bodies of metacarpals and fixed on bearing supports of mini-Ilizarov apparatus, wherein spokes are fixed proximal and distal portion II metacarpal bone, proximal phalanx of II finger ray of hand and III metacarpal bone. Spines of the II finger ray of hand are fixed on the first support, the pin of the III finger ray of hand is fixed on the second support, between the supports of the apparatus, on their distal ends, a threaded rod with nuts is hingedly installed.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of early beginning of therapeutic exercises, which improves hand function and accelerates patient's adaptation to new functional capabilities of the hand by providing stable rigid fixation of displaced bone fragments and providing controlled osteosynthesis.
