FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: used to create impenetrable impervious screens in wet rocks and their injection hardening through boreholes. Use in the hydroxyl-containing component of the polymeric polyurethane composition of the product of the interaction polyisocyanate - an excess of polyol - polyurethane polyol, which does not contain free isocyanate groups, consists of a polyisocyanate component - polyisocyanate brand Wannate PM-200 and a hydroxyl-containing component injected into the wet rock in a volume ratio of 1:1. The hydroxyl-containing component contains Laprol-373 polyoxypropylenetriol, ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, triethylenediamine and polyurethane polyol formed by the interaction of Wannate PM-200 polyisocyanate and “ПЭГ-200” polyethylene glycol, taken in a mass ratio of 1:2, with the following ratio of ingredients of the hydroxyl-containing component , wt.%: the specified polyurethane polyol 44-46; polyoxypropylenetriol brand Laprol-373 35-37; ethylene glycol 8-10; triethanolamine 8-10; triethylenediamine 0.8-1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of isolation and hardening of wet rocks with polyurethane resins.
