FIELD: metal corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of anti-corrosion and other protective coatings applied to the surface of metal and non-metal products in form of molten thermoplastics, and can be used in chemical, engineering, food and other industries. The method includes preheating a metal base, coating the base with a thermoplastic material with a dispersed filler of magnetically controlled particles, and cooling the base. At the same time, a thermoplastic material with a dispersed filler is applied when an electromagnetic field is supplied with a frequency of 10-50 Hz and a specific power per unit area of the metal base of 1-10 W/cm2 from a radiator, the power lines of which are directed perpendicular to the surface of the base.
EFFECT: preventing formation of bubble cavities with simultaneous reinforcement of the thermoplastic coating when applied to a metal base to provide corrosion protection.
