FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: following is presented: antibodies that specifically bind to SNAP25FL, an antibody composition and a kit for determining the activity of botulinum toxin, as well as a hybridoma cell for the production of an antibody according to any of paragraphs 1-3, which is a hybrid of a spleen cell and a mouse myeloma cell. Besides, a method of determining the activity of botulinum toxin and a method of detecting botulinum toxin are presented. The invention provides a new antibody having a significantly higher binding affinity and specificity for SNAP25FL.
EFFECT: it is expected that the specified antibody will be actively used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields.
