FIELD: input devices.
SUBSTANCE: push-button input device for use with a capacitive touch surface used by blind and deaf-blind people. To do this, the device contains a printed circuit board and at least one button located on this printed circuit board, as well as at least one conductive component containing a section between which and the printed circuit board is this button. When this section of the conductive component is pressed, the button is pressed with its transition to the pressed state. In this case, this button is located on one side of this printed circuit board, and at least one contact piece is located on the opposite side of this printed circuit board. At least one contact-piece of this button is located and made in such a way that it comes into contact with the said conductive component only when this button is in the pressed state and is in contact or connected by another conductive component with the said contact-piece located on the side of the printed circuit opposite from this button.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of adding physical buttons to the virtual on-screen keyboard on devices with a capacitive touch display by passing electric current between the user's finger pressing the button of this device and the button of the virtual on-screen keyboard.
