To achieve the technical result, an adjustable damper with an electric drive is installed in the supply air duct of the supply ventilation device, which is connected to the automatic control system for the process of regulating the air exchange in the room, including the indoor air temperature sensor installed inside the room, the outdoor air temperature sensor installed outside the room, associated with the specified sensors, a phasifier unit for converting an analogue signal into a digital one, an adaptive control unit associated with a phasifier unit and a dephasifier unit for converting a digital signal into an analogue one, moreover, the dephasifier unit is connected to an adjustable damper electric drive.

EFFECT: implementation of a continuous process of regulating the air exchange in the room and in reducing the duration of the process when the temperatures of the outdoor and indoor air are changed, provided by the automatic control system for the modes of the adjustable damper, which corrects the volume of air flows.
