FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation, in particular to ventilation of residential and commercial residential premises. Ventilation plant with heat and energy recovery consists of: housing, which includes inlet and outlet holes for fresh air and inlet and outlet holes for internal air; air-to-air recuperator; first and second variable speed fans, which cause air to pass through recuperator; at least two pairs of electronic air pressure sensors, of which the first and second pairs of electronic air pressure sensors, in fact, do not have a constant sampling frequency, each air pressure sensor is equipped with a plurality of points for measuring both total and static pressure, wherein each air pressure sensor is configured to measure airflow velocity, air pressure sensors are installed radially in the branch pipe at the fresh air inlet and radially in the air duct exhaust air outlet pipe; and a controller for obtaining said data signals, in which said data signals are used to control said variable speed fans in order to provide the required fresh air inflow, as well as providing the required leakage of internal air through said ventilation plant with heat and energy recovery.
EFFECT: invention allows to prevent measurement errors and to avoid additional costs during maintenance, as well as to improve the method of controlling air flows of a ventilation plant with heat and energy recovery.
