FIELD: all-plastic emulsion pump.

SUBSTANCE: all-plastic emulsion pump includes a housing and a pressure head. The upper end of the housing has a thread, and the lower end of the housing has a suction tube connected to the outlet hole in the lower part of the housing. The pressure head is connected to the main column inserted into the body. A plastic spring capable of lifting the pressure head and the main column is located in the internal cavity of the housing. The plastic spring is located below the main column. The plastic spring has an airtight connection to the main column. The plastic spring is a plastic spring tube with open top and bottom ends and sealed sides. The upper end of the plastic spring is connected to the main column, and the lower end of the plastic spring is connected to the housing inlet, whereby the plastic spring forms a channel for connecting the main column with the housing inlet and allows fluid to flow. There is a connecting hole between the plastic spring and the main column to connect the plastic spring with the main column in the upper and lower directions. The housing inside has a rod located inside a plastic spring. The rod corresponds to the connecting hole in the upper and lower directions and is capable of protruding from the connecting hole when the plastic spring is compressed. There is a gap between the rod and the side wall of the connecting hole. The upper end of the rod has a limiter located above the connecting hole. The limiter is capable of exerting pressure on the connection hole from above when the plastic spring is released, in order to pull down the plastic spring and the main column, and also to ensure the tight closure of the connection hole. The top opening of the housing has a locking cap that can restrict the movement of the plastic spring in the housing. There is the first one-way valve between the pressing head and the main column, which allows the emulsion to flow from the main column to the pressing head and prevents the emulsion from flowing from the pressing head to the main column. There is the second one-way valve between the plastic spring and the housing inlet that allows emulsion to flow into the plastic spring from the housing inlet and prevents emulsion from flowing into the plastic spring from the housing inlet. The body, the thread, the pressure head, the main column, the suction tube, the plastic spring, the rod, the limiter, the locking cap, the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve respectively are made of plastic. There is a sealing seat between the plastic spring and the housing, ensuring a tight connection between the plastic spring and the housing. The lower end of the rod is fixed to the sealing seat, and the lower part of the sealing seat has a lower cavity. The sealing seat has a through hole that provides connection of the plastic spring with the lower cavity, the lower cavity has a connection with the inlet hole of the housing, the lower part of the sealing seat is equipped with an installation groove, the second one-way valve is located in the installation groove.

EFFECT: all-plastic emulsion pump is environmentally friendly and easy to recycle.
