SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pump station for emulsions, namely to a five-plunger pump for emulsions and a pump station. Plunger pump comprises crankcase assembly 300, main drive motor for power transmission installed in crankcase 300, pump head assembly 100, made with possibility of emulsion pumping in it, and hydraulic energy conversion assembly 200, mounted between crankcase 300 and head 100 and configured to convert the mechanical force of the main drive motor into the hydraulic force of the pump. Head 100 includes pump head housing 101 with a chamber, fluid suction valve assy 102, fluid drain valve assy 103. Chamber consists of valve body 102 mounting section for mounting valve 102, valve body mounting section 103 for mounting valve 103 and a liquid suction chamber on the lower side of the mounting part of valve body 102. Liquid suction chamber is connected to the emulsion supply device through a pipeline. Head 100 comprises separating sleeve 104 separating valve 102 from valve 103 in the chamber, which comprises a section for attachment of sleeve 104 for mounting sleeve 104. Section of attachment of valve body 103 passes to section of attachment of sleeve 104 through stepped surface. Diameter of the hole of the mounting element of valve body 103 is greater than the diameter of the hole of the mounting element of sleeve 104. Diameter of the hole of the mounting element of bushing 104 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the hole of the mounting element of valve body 102.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing simplicity and convenience of plunger pump assembly and disassembly.
