FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a hydraulic end for an emulsion pump and an emulsion pump. Emulsion pump includes hydraulic end (120), drive part (110), slider and sealing box assembly. Drive part (110) includes a drive shaft and a guide cylinder. Drive shaft has outer peripheral surface adjacent with clearance to inner peripheral surface of guide cylinder. Slider has a right end connected to plunger assembly (51) and a left end connected to the drive shaft. In end (120) the diameter of the first mounting hole is less than the diameter of the second mounting hole, the diameter of the second mounting hole is less than the diameter of the third mounting hole. Suction valve seat (60), delivery valve seat (80) and valve retainer (90) can be mounted in series and removed in reverse order without removing seal assembly (50), plunger assembly (51) and other structural elements.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing the possibility of easy assembly and disassembly of the hydraulic end, providing simplicity in maintenance, at the same time reducing the time and costs for maintenance.
