FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for major repairs of a pipeline. When carrying out major repairs of a pipeline, the cut straight sections are mechanically cleaned of the old insulating coating before being sold or reused. During mechanized cleaning, the pipeline is supported by a pipe-laying crane equipped with a trolley suspension and additional support on a ski with a roller cradle. The purpose of the invention is to develop a method for holding a pipeline in the diameter range from DN300 to DN1400 mm at a height sufficient for the passage of a cleaning machine during its mechanized cleaning using one pipe-laying crane equipped with a trolley suspension, during the season of negative temperatures, which causes the complexity and high cost of delivering heavy automotive and tractor equipment to the work site, and the development of a device for its implementation. The technical result of the proposed method is the possibility of using one pipe-laying crane, equipped with a trolley suspension, for mechanized cleaning of a pipeline with a diameter range from DN300 to DN1400 mm during the season of negative temperatures and reducing the cost of delivering heavy automotive equipment to the work site. The technical result is achieved by the fact that holding the pipeline during its mechanized cleaning from the old insulating coating paired with a pipe-laying crane equipped with a trolley suspension is carried out by an additional support on a ski with a roller cradle designed for a range of pipe diameters from DN300 to DN1400 mm, and driven through a tow rope of a certain length from a pipe-laying crane. The inventive method is widely used when carrying out repair work on the linear part of the main gas pipelines of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa, LLC.
EFFECT: possibility of using one pipe-laying crane, equipped with a trolley suspension, for mechanized cleaning of a pipeline with a diameter range from DN300 to DN1400 mm during the season of negative temperatures and reducing the cost of delivering heavy automotive equipment to the work site.
