FIELD: erection and repair of pipe lines laid in swamps. SUBSTANCE: system includes two-position hoist (or hoists) of catamaran type used for primary hoist of length of pipe line and keeping it in hoisted position by means of vertical hydraulic cylinders. Repair machines are positioned on pipe line above pontoons pressed to pipe line through travelling rollers at force equal to weight of buoyant water since pontoons perform function of supporting pipe line. Hoist and pontoons of technological equipment are set in motion due to step-motion hydraulic cylinder. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 2 cl, 14 dwg
