FIELD: hydrometallurgical methods; processing of minerals.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to special hydrometallurgical methods for processing minerals, namely to systems for evaluating the processes of heap leaching of valuable metals at low ambient temperatures. The system for studying the technological parameters of heap leaching of ores at low temperatures contains a refrigerating chamber with a fan and a soil tray installed on a platform fixed on a frame by means of a hinge on one side and a jack on the other, a feeding tank. The ground tray is equipped with an ore irrigation system and a dispenser for supplying a working solution to the irrigation system, sensors in the form of garlands of thermocouples for precision measurements of the ore temperature during the absorption or release of energy as a result of physical and chemical reactions of metal leaching, and garlands of thermistors for monitoring changes in ore temperature connected to a resistance bridge and a temperature recorder. A system for collecting and transporting the leached solution is installed between the soil tray and the platform. The system is equipped with a freezing chamber with an air supply device installed between the cooling chamber and the platform, and is also equipped with a frame made in the form of a longitudinal beam with vertical posts installed above the soil tray, a loading mechanism made in the form of a hydraulic jack with a spacer plate for measuring static pressure with taking into account the height of the ore stack and the density of the material prepared for the formation of the stack, installed between the longitudinal beam and the soil tray with the possibility of vertical movement. The leached solution collection and transportation system consists of a discharge opening, a pipeline and a leached solution receiver, and the top of the refrigeration chamber is made with a through window covered with a translucent material.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of experimental data obtained in a system for studying the technological parameters of ore leaching and an increase in the number of controlled parameters at low temperatures in the permafrost zone.
