SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for control of synanthropic insects, namely to an insecticide composition. The insecticide composition contains a mixture of powders of diatomite and silica gel, at the following ratio: diatomite powder – 10-90 wt.%, silica gel powder – 10-90 wt.%. Powders have a particle size from 1 to 200 mcm. The composition additionally contains an additive in amount of 1-10 wt.% in the form of powder with a particle size from 1 to 200 mcm of marshallit or aluminum oxide.

EFFECT: proposed insecticide composition has a synergetic effect, which provides a high degree of destruction of insects and a speed of their death.
