SUBSTANCE: device for stripping plants down to the root contains stripping drums, fans (3), pneumatic conveying channels (4) and a drive for working elements. The stripping drums are made in form of axial suction fan strippers (1) with a common confuser at the outlet and stripping combs (2) in form of a logarithmic spiral with a circular arrangement on disk rings (6) inside a cylindrical casing (5) parallel to the fan axis (3) and set at an angle of friction of stripping combs (2) with plants within 25...27° to the horizon in the longitudinal direction and in a checkerboard pattern with overlapping, and each plant stripper (1) moves forward relative to one another by half the diameter of the axial fan stripper (1).

EFFECT: improved quality of stripping plants by stripping drums when harvesting grain crops.
