SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The device for threshing standing plants comprises the stripping 1 and conveying 3 working bodies placed inside the housing of the adapter 5. The rear wall 9 of the adapter has a louvre grating of the longitudinal plates 10 mounted with overlapping. The steering mechanism provides movement of the plates 10 around the horizontal axes 11. The plates 10 are embedded with most of its cross-section inside the housing 5 of the adapter. The edge of each plate 10, located inside the housing 5, is oriented downwards, and the cross section of the plates 10 is made curved and is oriented with its concavity towards the rear wall 9 of the housing 5. The radius of curvature of the cross section of the plates 10 and the angle of its inclination to the horizontal decreases upwards.

EFFECT: device provides reduction of the content of light impurities in the stripped heap.
