FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: used to provide the required temperature conditions for elements of radio electronic equipment (REE) containing a thermoelectric battery (TEB) and a temperature controller. There are recesses in the main heat exchanger relative to the lower surface under the area of placement of two additional sections of the TEB, the height of which is 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its side part, while in the recesses due to the fastening devices, additional fan units are installed, powered by an electric power source, and the main fan unit, powered by the same electric power source, with the help of fasteners, is installed on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger, located between the recesses, having non-through cylindrical holes made in a checkerboard pattern.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REE element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections through the main heat exchanger due to the organization of forced air heat removal from it.
