SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and electronics and can be used to provide the required temperature conditions of elements of electronic equipment (REA). Increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REA element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the sections of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) by means of the main heat exchanger when organizing a forced air heat removal from it is a technical result of the invention, which is achieved by the fact that in the main heat exchanger relative to the lower surface there are recesses under the area of placement of two additional sections of the TEB, the height of which is 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its side, while in the recesses due to mounting devices additional fan units are installed, powered by an electric energy source, and the main fan unit, powered by the same electric energy source, is mounted with fasteners on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger, located between the recesses, having non-through cylindrical holes made in a staggered manner.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REA element.
