FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventers designed for sealing the wellhead during the repair of steam injection wells with an inclined wellhead when carrying out sequential tripping operations with two pipe strings. A pipe preventer ram set contains two sets of rams, with each set of rams containing two rams. Each ram contains a front tube seal and a top seal. A T-shaped groove is made in the body of each ram to connect the ram to the preventer drive rod. The body of each die is detachable and consists of three longitudinal plates - upper, middle and lower. In the front edge of the upper plate of the die there are through grooves, forming straight sections leading to the groove on the upper edge of the die body, ensuring the placement of the ends with the guide pins of the upper seal. The front face of the middle plate has recesses and grooves that connect to the grooves on the top face and form straight sections that accommodate the front pipe seal. In the front edge of the upper and lower plates of the die, through semicircular openings are made for the pipe to be sealed. The semicircular recesses on the rams and the channels formed by them to seal the pipe string are made eccentrically relative to the axial channel of the preventer, and mirror and perpendicular to the parting plane of the rams at distances e and z, respectively. In the front part of the ram body, a groove is formed with lower, upper and side edges between the upper and lower plates, providing placement of a pipe seal, and at the bottom of the lower plate there are two longitudinal rectangular grooves for the guides of the preventer body, ensuring centring of the rams when they are brought together. In this case, the first set of rams, when brought together, forms the upper row of rams with the formation of a channel for sealing pipes of small diameter d, and the second set of rams, when brought together, forms the bottom row of rams with the formation of a channel for sealing pipes of larger diameter D.
EFFECT: design of pipe rams of the preventer is simplified, their simplification manufacturing, eliminating the loss of tightness of pipe rams when sealing the pipe in the event of oil and gas water shows in the well, as well as expanding the technological capabilities of the ram design when carrying out sequential round trips with two pipe strings.
