FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: rotary working body (3) of the front plow for precision tillage comprises a flat disk blade mounted on a stand, a load-bearing support made of polypropylene in the form of a disk, the vertical axis of rotation of which and the vertical generatrixes of the plow surface are located in the same transverse-vertical plane. A metal fixing sidewall is rigidly fixed to the rack and connected to the load-bearing support by fasteners. The bearing support is made with an annular groove on the inside, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the internal hole of the flat disk knife. The outer diameter of the load-bearing support is equal to the outer diameter of the fixing sidewall. The flat disk knife is made with grooves along the periphery and a diameter determined by the formula m, where D is the diameter of the flat disk knife, m, h is the distance from the bottom of the furrow to the point of contact of two back-to-back layers, m, L is the distance between the vertical generatrix of the plow surface and the contact point of two back-to-back layers, m.
EFFECT: improves the technological reliability of the precision tillage process and productivity.
